With the rise of net-zero carbon goals and growing environmental awareness, the market has seen an increasing number of recycled textile products in recent years. However, current recycling solutions primarily focus on single-material recovery. Composite materials, such as multi-layer TPU-coated fabrics, laminates, or PU-coated textiles commonly found in garments and backpacks, are challenging to recycle at the end of their lifecycle. These textiles are often incinerated or converted into fuel rods due to the limitations of chemical recycling technologies and cost constraints.
