Elastollan® BMBcert™ can be applied in the general process of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) extrusion lamination. This technology involves extruding a TPU film and heat-melting it onto a base material to achieve a firm bond. It is widely applied in high-frequency welded and inflatable products, such as textiles, sportswear, medical, and industrial products, because it offers good waterproofness, elasticity, wear resistance, and comfort.
The physical properties and characteristics of Elastollan® BMBcert™ are identical to those of general thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The only difference is the reduced carbon footprint of the raw material itself.
